Student Profile: Desiree Goodfellow

Desiree Goodfellow is a senior anthropology major who is pursuing minors in geology and classics from Gulfport, Mississippi. Desiree said that she knew she wanted to attend MSU after Everyone was “amazingly welcoming and helpful” when she visited campus. During her time at MSU Desiree has been a College of Arts & Sciences Ambassador as well as a member of Lambda Alpha, Phi Kappa Phi, and Omicron Delta Kappa. Desiree said that an influential force for her at MSU has been Derek Anderson, whom she has “been privileged enough to be listed as a contributing author alongside.” Desiree describes MSU as “worthwhile” and her advice to prospective students is that “If there is something you want to do, there is a way you can do it here at MSU.”
