Theatre MSU raises curtain on 2026-27 season

Theatre MSU at Mississippi State University will present a 2026-2027 season featuring a sharp contemporary comedy, a beloved children’s character, a Shakespearean classic with an Appalachian twist and a fast-paced comic opera. The season opens on October 14 with Lauren Gunderson’s “Exit, Pursued by a Bear,” a darkly comic story of a woman who decides she is done being pushed around and takes control of her own story. Performances will be held at 7:30 p.m. October 14th-17th and a 2 p.m. show on October 18th.
