Mississippi State is honoring its exceptional faculty and staff with annual awards for their outstanding teaching, mentoring, advising and contributions to the university’s students.

Mississippi State’s newly launched applied neuroscience minor offers students across multiple disciplines a unique opportunity to explore the growing intersection of neuroscience, technology and healthcare.

“Curiosity is the foundation for every scientist’s motivation to understand complex problems,” said Chandler Woo, a senior chemistry major at Mississippi State. “Exploring the uncharted and finding answers to a problem that has not been successfully solved is what excites me about research in general.”
