Frank and Virginia Williams Lecture

This lecture series discusses Abraham Lincoln and Civil War Studies. Dr. Joseph T. Glatthaar is a Distinguished Professor and Adjunct Professor at The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Dr. Joan Waugh is a Professor Emeritus at the University of California, Los Angeles. There will be conversation between the scholars on "Lincoln and Grant in 1864: The Partnership that Saved the Union and Destroyed Slavery." A reception and book signing will follow. Gates will open at 5 p.m.
