Southeastern Division of the Association of American Geographers (SEDAAG), a highly regarded regional geography organization, will hold its annual meeting in Starkville this year. MSU faculty and students are encouraged to present research along with other outstanding scholars in this small, relaxed setting.
Since geography is an inherently interdisciplinary subject, unifying the physical sciences with social science and humanities, contributions from across the university are welcome. Past papers presented at SEDAAG meetings have focussed on topics ranging from the physical (animal habits, tree ring analysis, etc.) to human (spatial inequalities, elecions, etc.), along with the geospatial study of many topics using GIS or Remote Sensing.
To submit an abstract or propose a session, please visit: http://sedaag.org/2017-call-for-papers-and-posters/.
Abstracts are due September 22.
The deadline to submit a session is September 8.
